PutMask – Censor Video & Image v8.0.13 MOD APK (Pro Unlocked)

PutMask is a video and image censoring app designed to conceal faces or specific areas in media on a phone. This app is useful when users need to protect the privacy of people in videos by blurring selected areas, either through automatic detection or manual editing.

Automatic and Manual Face Concealment

PutMask’s main function focuses on concealing faces in videos. The app can detect faces and help users apply censoring effects to those areas. According to the source, its detection capability can recognize small faces, even in areas around 10 x 10 pixels, and from various angles, such as full or partial faces.

In addition to automatic detection, PutMask also provides a manual option. Users can conceal any object or area as long as it can be traced with a finger. This approach provides greater control when the object to be censored is not a face or when users want to specify which areas need to be covered.

Bidirectional Video Processing

One of PutMask’s highlighted features is bidirectional video processing. When users select a face in a particular frame, the app can start detecting and concealing it forward and backward from that point. The source states that this process can run at up to 300 FPS.

This feature helps when a face or object appears in multiple parts of a video. With bidirectional processing, users are not limited to working from beginning to end and can instead start from the frame they consider most suitable for identifying the target they want to conceal.

Object Tracking and Keyframes

PutMask also supports tracking the movement of objects in videos. Its tracking process is described as bidirectional, and users can monitor the tracking results as the app follows the selected object. This feature is useful for moving media, especially when the area to be censored changes position from one frame to another.

The app also supports keyframes. By setting keyframes, users can move the filter between different points in a video. This method helps manage changes in the censor’s position more precisely, especially in clips with moving objects or scene changes.

Frame-Based Editing and Project Storage

For more detailed editing, PutMask displays the number of each frame. This allows users to edit frames individually using the available tools. This frame-based approach helps when censorship needs to be positioned precisely in a specific area.

PutMask also allows users to save editing information. If the work is unfinished or needs to be changed later, the information can be restored as a project within the app. The source also explains that project information is stored on the user’s phone, while video read and write access is required to open and save videos with the user’s direct permission.
