Tangerang LIVE App Overview

Tangerang LIVE is the Tangerang City Government’s Android app portal. Tangerang LIVE includes several app features such as LIVE News, LAKSA, Siap Kerja, SEGAR, e-Paper, and more.

*LIVE News App – contains news about the Tangerang City Government, ranging from the activities of the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, and Regional Secretary to programs run by government departments and other relevant agencies. Every day, the latest news is presented based on ongoing or recently held activities.

*LAKSA App (Your Aspiration and Suggestion Box Service) – a communication platform that receives reports from the public so they can be addressed quickly by the relevant department. Residents can submit reports about traffic congestion, flooding, garbage accumulation, damaged roads, or other public service issues. The operator on duty in the Tangerang LIVE Room will immediately contact field officers so they can follow up directly. Once the issue has been resolved, a photo will be taken and shared with the person who submitted the report.

*Emergency 112 – The Single Emergency Call Number 112 service is an integrated single-call service developed through cooperation between the central and local governments for emergencies such as fires, security incidents, and ambulance services. This service is integrated with mobile operators and local providers, making it accessible free of charge.

*Siap Kerja App (Job Seekers) – Siap Kerja is a job seeker app provided by the Tangerang City Manpower Department. This job seeker app makes things easier by compiling dedicated job vacancy information. Tangerang City residents can automatically submit applications by clicking the send CV channel, using their personal data from the Population and Civil Registration Department or the data provided when applying for a Job Seeker Card.

*E-Paper App – e-Paper is a digital newspaper owned by the Tangerang City Government that covers the activities of the Mayor, Deputy Mayor, Regional Secretary, Regional Government Organizations (OPD), Regional House of Representatives (DPRD), Family Welfare Movement (PKK), and other community activities. It is also published as a newspaper called Kota Benteng. This app was created to make it easier for people to read Kota Benteng in e-paper format.

*Market Price App – SEGAR, or the Market Price Information System, is a newly developed app launched in conjunction with the 71st anniversary celebration of the Republic of Indonesia’s Independence Day. Through this app, residents can check staple food prices at several traditional markets, including Anyar Market, Bandeng Market, Jatiuwung Market, Malabar Market, Poris Market, and Ramadani Market.

*Simpati RS App – Simpati RS (Hospital Bed Information System) is a system that provides information about bed availability at every hospital partnered with BPJS Health. The Simpati RS feature in the tangerang LIVE app provides information about hospital bed availability by class.

*Online Licensing App – The online licensing service is an app designed to simplify and speed up the process of applying for various permits while preventing illegal fees in Tangerang City’s licensing services.

*PBB App – Contains public service apps managed by the Tangerang City Regional Revenue Agency, including iPBB and the PBB Service Status Check.

*Check NIK App – This service can be used to check whether a NIK is registered in the Tangerang City Population and Civil Registration Department database.
